We are living through a moment when old systems are cracking, expectations are rising, and women of color are being asked to hold the center of it all. This two-hour workshop is a space to pause, tell the truth, and explore what it actually takes to lead with integrity, grounding, and wholeness in chaotic times.
Together, we will explore three core truths drawn from three of the six tenets in the Liberation-Focused Healing Frameworkā€”revealing how todayā€™s pressures mirror what our ancestors endured, and what this moment is asking of us now. We will unpack the connection between healing, leadership, and liberation, and examine why healing must sit at the heart of how we lead in this era of societal upheaval.
Weā€™ll close with a small-group Liberatory Huddle, applying these truths to a composite scenario that reflects the very real challenges many women of color leaders navigateā€”offering insight, strategy, and support in community.
Participants will also receive an invitation to continue the journey through Cadence, the eight-month Liberatory Leadership incubator, and Communion, the nature-based retreat where all six tenets are practiced more deeply.
