We are living through a moment when old systems are cracking, expectations are rising, Black women and women of color leaders are being asked to hold the center of it all.

This two-hour workshop is a space to pause, tell the truth, and explore what it actually takes to lead with integrity, grounding, and wholeness in chaotic times.

Together, we explore three core truths drawn from three of the six tenets in the Liberation-Focused Healing Framework— and what this moment is asking of us now. We unpack the connection between healing, leadership, and liberation, and examine why healing must sit at the heart of how we lead in this era of societal upheaval.

We’ll close with a small-group Liberatory Huddle, applying these truths to a composite scenario that reflects the very real challenges many women leaders navigate—offering insight, strategy, and support in community.
