The systems we were trained to work inside are collapsing. What is your role now?
A monthly consultation group, guided by Dr. Shawna, for licensed practitioners ready to meet this moment with clarity and liberatory intent.
Be passive. Endure. Do more with less. Stay quiet as the fabric of our professions is reconfigured. We are expected to watch it happen, uphold the structure, and make it easier to disappear our people.
We will not.
The TTL Consultation Group is where licensed practitioners build the skill, knowledge, and insight to practice otherwise. Dr. Shawna guides a rigorous investigation of liberatory ethics, decision-making, and clinical praxis, with reading and growth work between sessions.
This work is rooted in embodied praxis and held with the Womanist triad of concern, as articulated by Layli Maparyan: tending our relationships with one another, with nature, and with spirit. Liberation cannot be practiced by exploiting ourselves, so practitioners learn to serve without self-abandonment.
Enrollment includes a detailed questionnaire.
Dr. Shawna offers teaching, then the group works through members’ situations using the LFH Framework and the What Now? Map, an ethics tool for naming power, values, and cost.
Present, reflect, or step into role-play. Every member shapes the analysis.
Readings and growth work that deepen your practice.
A private space to connect with colleagues between sessions.
Situations are submitted by 12pm ET the Monday before each session.
Members have access to one another from the start. The TTL Network, a wider network of practitioners centered on political education, launches after February 2027, and Consultation Group members will have access.
Members join for six months at a time and can renew. Enrollment closes December 8.
Choose monthly ($275, first payment due at enrollment) or pay in full ($1,650).
Share your license, training, practice setting, and the questions you are bringing. Your spot is confirmed once it is complete.
Receive your Zoom link, the private group space, and your first readings before December 10.
By enrolling, you confirm you are fully licensed and have prior training in a liberatory framework.
